The former mayor of Fushe Arrezi Fran Tuci, convicted of abuse of duty, together with his two associates Durim Margjekaj and Ndoc Marku, is released from prison.
Tuci has served the sentence of 1 year and 6 months with the time spent in custody. GJKKO accepted the request of the lawyers to cancel the sentence.
234 million ALL is the damage calculated by SPAK in the state budget, for which Tuci and the other two were found guilty, a decision that was upheld even after the Special Appeal.
According to the prosecution body, Fran Tuci has deforested a large area in the municipality he led, building a road segment, for which he himself says he was asked by the citizens of the area.
