Deputy Prime Minister, at the same time Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku, has revealed Monday that as of this month, the new salary system for OSHEE employees comes into force.
During her speech, she revealed that this increase will be made according to sectors, starting with electricians, technicians, engineers and why not accountants, who are the origin of the collection of those revenues.
“All salaries of OSHEE group will be affected with an increase according to the sectors. Since the intention has been to give a reward to the field workers starting from the electricians, technicians, engineers and why not the accountants, who are the genesis of the collection of those revenues, which your administrator proudly declared and is to was declared because the month of October has closed with a record figure, with 113% of revenue collection.
We faced the earthquake, the pandemic and then the energy crisis, and we had to be frugal and careful these four years.
