A hearing session  is developing today at Tirana Criminal Court  on Selami Shimshek’s friend Harun Celik, both arrested on a fake Canadian visa.

Selami Shimshek will be judge based on the prosecution evidence, on the charge of forging a Canadian visa by which he would attempt to cross the Albanian border.

As journalist Glidona Daci reports for abcnews.al, that Selami Shimshek has preceded the situation, unlike Harun Celik, who was evaluated with expedited procedure.

Meanwhile Selami Shimshek has attempted to choose a normal process. Selami Shimsek has shown in front of the investigative team all the of suffering that he has passed, the way he came to Tirana, and how the visa was falsified.

“ABC News” provided testimony of Turkish national Selami Shimshek detained on August 8 after entering Kosovo to pass the Albanian territory from the Morina border crossing point.

He has paid 5,000 euros for this visa. The act of technical expertise has shown that the visa is completely forged.

Under these conditions he has been arrested for the offense of visa forgery, while the evidence proves that he is guilty.

The prosecution demands that Shimshek’s request for shortened judgment be taken into account.

The court has already formally accepted the request for shortened judgment.

The prosecution requested the postponement of the hearing session for another date, to prepare the final conclusions./abcnews.al
