The Ministry of Health in today’s update announced that in the last 24 hours the number of patients hospitalized has increased. With the opening of Covid2, currently 102 patients are receiving treatment in the two Covid hospitals, the Infectious Diseases Hospital and the “Shefqet Ndroqi” Hospital. According to the Ministry, 11 patients are in intensive care and 3 of them are intubated.
While in the last 24 hours 46 citizens have been recovered, bringing to 2137 the number of recovered since the beginning of the pandemic.
In Albania there are currently 1610 active cases with COVID19, mainly in Tirana, Shkodra, Kruja, Durres./abcnews.al
