Klevis Ruçaj, the driver of “Audi” that caused the accident at the entrance of Tirana on Thursday evening, had gotten his driver’s license a year ago.
Within a few months, the 20-year-old was fined 5 times for violating traffic rules, mainly speeding and using his mobile phone while driving.
He was passionate about speed, which he had also advertised through social networks. In one of his videos on social networks, he was moving at a speed of up to 271 km/h.
Due to the accident, three people died and three others were injured.
