Prime Minister Edi Rama spoke about the facilitation measures for the state of siege during the pandemic period.
He said it would facilitate the issuance of authorization for cars during the permitted hours.
Rama said that bars and restaurants will be the last to open. He added that changes to the penal code approved during the period of the quarantine will last until the pandemic period ends.
Now we will release some measures. The pain from the economic consequences is big, but the plight is the lives of the people.
