Prime Minister Rama is in Slovakia together with Foreign Minister Gent Cakaj to take over the OSCE leadership.
Rama posted a video, before delivering a speech on taking over the OSCE Presidency for 2020,as he discusses with his media adviser, Endri Fuga, about the speech he will give, in the presence of all other countries, which will be headed by Albania this year.
