The draft of proposals for amendments to the Criminal Code regarding the penalties for persons who break the rules and orders imposed during the COVID-19 pandemic situation has been clarified.
Whoever disobeys the new rules issued during the state of natural disaster is punishable by a fine or up to six months in prison.
