The Technical Committee of Experts has decided to end the curfew in our country. Committee Chairwoman Mira Rakacolli stated during a press conference that those affected by COVID will continue to remain isolated for 5 days. Meanwhile the Committee has suggested that vaccination be continued from the age of 12 years.

“Children up to 6 years old are excluded. The recommendation to keep the mask indoors remains in force. Measures to stop indoor and outdoor gatherings remain in force. As for curfew, it is thought to be no more. The curfew is lifted. The change of these measures will go in accordance with the situation “, said Rakacolli.

Deputy Minister of Health Eugena Tomini stated that the last week has marked the lowest incidence, emphasizing the importance of vaccinating the population.

“The last week has marked the lowest incidence. Referring to statistical data compared to last year, measuring indicators have much lower indicators. The level of positivity is at the level of 7.9% compared to the previous week which had a lower level. The work of the following structures for vaccination in the country at the national level continues “, said Tomini.
