This morning, a 45-year-old man was shot dead in Peqin. The police inform that the event happened around 08:30 in the village of Gjocaj where after a conflict for weak motives, L. B, about 40 years old, fired a pistol in the direction of the 45-year-old with the initials Y. Xh. He was taken to Peqin hospital where he could not survive due to his injuries.
Meanwhile, the arrest of the perpetrator has become possible. The investigative group is already working to fully uncover this serious event.

On 08.06.2021, around 08:30, in the village of Gjocaj, Peqin, during an instant conflict, the citizen L. B, about 40 years old, resident in Gjocaj, wounded with a firearm the citizen Y. Xh, about 45 years old, resident in the village of Pajov, who died as a result of his injuries in the hospital of Peqin.
The immediate reaction of the Police made it possible to identify the perpetrator, localize the location and after a few minutes of pursuit by the Police services it became possible to catch and handcuff the suspected perpetrator together with the pistol firearm.
