An 11-year-old child with the initials R. D., resident in Tirana, has lost contact with family his members since July 28. After the denunciation of his father Y. D., 35, police have started the investigation for his rescue.
His father stated that the last moment that he saw his son was when he left the premises of an organization that provided assistance and services to the community./abcnews.al
