OFL has sent the declaration form to three persons convicted of serious crimes, such as premeditated murder or terrorist acts.
According to OFL, the form was sent to Andre Nikolli, Besnik Lekgegaj and Besmir Lugina.
Nikolli and Lekgegaj are convicted of premeditated murder committed in collaboration, while Lugina is convicted of another serious crime, such as “Terrorist acts”.
A.N., resident in Rubik, Mirdita, convicted of the criminal offense “Premeditated Murder”, committed in collaboration;
B.L., resident in Perlat, Mirdita, convicted of the criminal offense “Premeditated Murder”;
B.L., resident in Lezha, convicted of ” Terrorism act intentions by causing a power outage”, remaining in the attempt, committed in collaboration.
They must declare their assets within 48 hours.
