The head of government has announced today that from the beginning of next year oil and fuel for agricultural products will be provided free of charge.
They will also benefit also excise-free, circulation and carbon tax-free agricultural production fuel.
During a press conference, the Head of Government stated that farmers will be provided with a card, which will provide them with a range of facilities.
“Today, we are in the conditions when we will intervene to start from next year with a new regime for fuel. We will remove excise from fuel for agricultural production. We will remove the circulation tax from the fuel, and the carbon tax. In fact, we will halve averagely the price of fuel for farmers.
For every farmer who works the land is calculated the amount of oil he needs for the area and the crops declared for typical works with the mechanism. About it is calculated the value of the fiscal burden, which will be excluded. This value will be converted to the amount determined based on the criteria of diesel that will be given free of charge through a special card for every farmer”, said Rama among other things./abcnews.al
