President Ilir Meta has appealed for the preservation of national identity from the ceremony organized on the 100th anniversary of the Vlora War.
Meta said that now we live in period where are many goods but also great dangerous things for the nation, while he stated that those who do not care about history are threatened.
The head of state finished the speech with some quotes from the great writer Dritëro Agolli stating that the song is what has kept alive Albanian nation by inheriting the language from one generation to another./abcnews.al
