Constitutional amendment, Kim and Soreca meeting with Rama, USA: All parties must participate

Three days before the Assembly voting on the Constitutional amendments to openlist and ban the coalitions, the political movements have become intense.
The two most involved diplomats, Yuri Kim of the US Embassy and Luigi Soreca from the European Union, met for about 1 hour at the Prime Minister with Edi Rama.

All parties have now come to a common point, supporting the openlist.
The main point of the conflict is already the pre-election coalitions. The SP wants them to be banned, or all opposition parties to compete with a common list, while the PD and LSI want the coalitions as they are today to be preserved. /abcnews.al
