Prime Minister Edi Rama has arrived at the Palace of Congresses, where the meeting of the Political Council will take place, to discuss the constitutional changes that were imposed on 5th June agreement.
The Prime Minister appeared with a mask, while he did not give any statement to the journalists. Rama will be at this meeting for the first time to discuss the issue of constitutional changes, where he has proposed openlist and the abolition of pre-election coalitions.
The roundtable of the Political Council has started working, while the members are seen to be wearing masks./abcnews.al
