SPAK has made a report on the assets seized under operation Force of Law

The Special Prosecution Office has made a report on the seizure of assets made under Operation Force Law.

According to the Special Prosecution, so far, 31 persons have been seized from incriminated persons who could not justify their source.

Also the Special Prosecution has returned requests for sequestration of 27 new assets for completion of procedures.

The Special Prosecutor’s Office is currently evaluating the other 35 requests filed by the State Police, which include 41 assets, for which relevant decisions will be taken within the legal deadline of 15 days from the date of submission of the application./abcnews.al
