The clash between the institution of the President and the majority over appointments to the Constitutional Court has reached a peaked, so far as there is talk of dissolving Parliament from Meta.
President’s spokesman Tedi Blushi writes that: “The Parliament will be dissolved by people”. The President will only do his will ”, thus announcing the dissolution of Parliament.
Meta’s reaction through Blushi came after Ulsi Manja’s statement from Korça that it was inconceivable for him to contemplate the dissolution of Parliament by President Meta.
Asked about the warnings that Meta would not promulgate the law on the Constitutional Court, Manja said the statements were made to eclipse what happened with the Donor Conference./abcnews.al
