The police have executed the security measures issued by GJKKO against four persons, within the coded operation “Influence”. They are suspected of having jointly committed the criminal offenses of “Exercising illegal influence on persons exercising public functions” and “Active corruption in elections”.
GJKKO imposed prison terms for 46-year-old Dritan Stoka and 62-year-old Agim Osma. Alqi Hajdini, 47 years old, was placed under house arrest, while Ylli Baruti was ordered to appear. Journalist Ervin Leka reports that according to preliminary data, one of the people involved influenced legalization with the aim of winning the vote.
“According to the data, Stoka, an employee at the Cadastre, is suspected of having promised legalizations in exchange for votes in the 2021 elections, but they were not carried out after the end of the elections. Then there was a rape of those involved in this event. On the basis of this, the SPAK investigation has started,” the journalist reports.
