The Tirana court has released the four people arrested after the protest of Reestablishment and the Freedom Party in front of the Tirana City Hall at noon on April 19.
ABC News journalist, Ervin Leka reports that the court has set for the four people, the security measure “obligation to appear” as well as a ban on staying in places where protest is made until a second decision. Kevin Vidrica, Bernard Metaliaj, both 18 years old, Franc Kaloshi, 35 years old, and Artan Muçmata are accused of violence and opposition to police officers.
The charges referred by the police were for disturbing the public peace and opposing the police officers. The embassies of foreign countries located in Tirana condemned the acts of giving, congratulating the response of the police officers for managing the situation./abcnews.al
