SPAK seizes 17 assets on behalf of Gezim Çela’s family members. Apartments worth over 400,000 euros, bank accounts and several cars were seized.
Gezim Çela, also known as the drug lord, was arrested during an operation in Kosovo.
- Property of the type “Commercial Unit”, with an area of 237 m2, owned by the citizen M.Th., located in Tirana, with a sale price of 321,120 Euros (according to the order contract dated 18.02.2008);
- Property of the type “Apartment”, with an area of 74 m2, owned by the citizen M.Th., located in Tirana, with a sale price of 42,200 Euros;
- Property of the type “Apartment”, with a total area of 77, 2 m2, owned by the citizen M.Th., located in Tirana, with a sale price of 40,000 Euros;
- BMW X3 3.0D vehicle, owned by the citizen N.Ç.; 5. Mercedes Benz van vehicle, Type 639, Model Vito 109 CDI, owned by the entity N.Ç.;
- The monetary amount in total of 4 576 585 All, in the bank accounts of the citizen N.Ç;
- The monetary amount in total of 57 219 Euros, respectively in the bank account of the citizen N.Ç. and seized CASH from G.Ç citizens;
- Subject “X…….” sh.p.k., with administrator and sole partner citizen G.Gj, all his assets, such as real estate, movable property, bank accounts, etc., including movable property, vehicles as follows:
