Two young men in Mirdita have been arrested for the criminal offenses of “Illegal deprivation of liberty” and “Theft with violence”, committed in cooperation. Mateos Brozi, 20 years old, and Ergys Tusha, 19 years old, forcibly took a 19-year-old in a vehicle and held him in the garage of a building in Rreshen to steal his money.
After they took the money, they left him on the street. It was the 19-year-old who reported to the police, who then arrested the perpetrators from Durrës. The police seized the 220,000 lek that the arrested took from the 19-year-old by force, the “Audi A4” vehicle, with which they forcibly took the young man and their two cell phones.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Lezhë, for further actions, for the criminal offenses “Illegal deprivation of liberty” and “Theft with violence”, committed in cooperation.
