An explosion happen the city of Shkodra in the early hours of the morning. A quantity of explosives was placed on an Audi vehicle parked in the parking lot of a supermarket near the Migjeni Theater in Shkoder around 04:20.
As a result of the strong explosion, the vehicle was almost completely damaged.
