The Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) requires the return in jail of Jamarber Malltezi, son-in-law of historical democrat leader, Jamarber Malltezi.
This prosecution required from the High Court to return in Jail Malltezi over the ‘Partizani’ file.
The case will be discussed by the judges Sokol Binaj, Sander Simoni and Ilir Panda.
According to prosecutors, Malltezi consumed the criminal proceeding of corruption, as he collaborated with high officials in that time, as his father-in-law, Sali Berisha, in order to benefit.
