Tirana Prosecutor’s Office has registered criminal proceedings in connection with the report of the Police Surveillance Agency (PSA), for the intervention in the TIMS system, for “Abuse of duty” and “Unauthorized intervention”.
In the framework of these investigations, the Prosecutor’s Office has asked the AMP to interrogate the entire management chain and basic officials who were related to the specific case.
In addition, it is expected to gather some other evidence, related to the act of expertise of the computers in those offices.
