Kurti asked for a meeting of the governments/ Rama signs the 13 agreements: his worries are over, now I’m waiting for the confirmation of the meeting
Albanian government has submitted today to the Foreign Ministry of Kosovo to sign the 13 agreements of the joint meeting between the two governments that was planned to be held in Gjakovë.
Through this action, Prime Minister Edi Rama writes on Twitter that he is already waiting for the confirmation of the Prime Minister of Kosovo Albin Kurti to meet this afternoon in Pristina.
“After a while to Skopje to start the two-day visit to the capitals of the Western Balkans. This morning, all 13 agreements of the meeting of the two governments signed by us have been submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kosovo. With the countersignature of the Kosovar side, they enter into force immediately.
I remain hopeful that after the removal of the concern expressed publicly by P.M Kurti for the citizens prevented from benefiting from the 13 agreements, we will
also have the confirmation of the meeting with Albin this afternoon,” stated Rama.
The day before, Kurti said in a press conference that he asked Rama to first hold the joint meeting between the two governments, which, according to him, was unreasonably canceled.
