ABC News has revealed the testimony of the former mayor of Kukes, Safet Gjici, given today before the GJKKO.
He emphasized that he received the punishment for the action he did, while adding that he fell into the trap of those who, according to Gjici, “don’t like him”.

He was arrested on Saturday, and two days later, GJKKO decided to investigate him under the security measure “prison arrest”. The former mayor of Kukes is accused of passive corruption.
