Gazment Bardhi, once the closest person to Lulzim Basha and his battles against Sali Berisha, seems today to be an opponent for the former democratic leader, on his way to the head of the Democratic Party.
Gazment Bardhi has lost the battles he has fought so far. The last one will be for the National Council. As Secretary General, it is within his competence to notify the members of the Council about the Meeting and verify the list of members of the Council who will participate.
