Stabbed his 38-year old wife, police looking for the author

Marjola Myrtollari, the 38-year-old woman who was stabbed by her husband in Korça, is in critical condition.  Journalist Roland Beqiraj, referring to sources from the hospital, says that the 38-year-old woman is in serious condition.

The police also carried out inspections in the residences of the relatives of the perpetrator of the incident, Aleko Myrtollari, but they were not found. According to the journalist, the police have doubts that he may have left for Greece.

Jealousy is suspected to have been the cause of this incident. It was the 16-year-old girl who found her mother bleeding and notified the police. It is said that the couple had been quarreling for a long time. They lived in Tirana but returned to Korça a month ago.
