Four minors have been handcuffed this Wednesday by Gramsh Police, for the killing of 15-year-old Fatjon Bici and wounding of another. According to the police, the detainees are citizens Xh. Ç., 15 years old, O. Ç, 14 years old, E. K., 15 years old and S. M., 16 years old.
They are suspected of having coollaborated with each other, after a momentary conflict in the neighborhood “Sporti 2” to stab minor citizens with initials F. B., 16 years old and M. L., 15 years old.
Citizen F. B. passed away due to the sustained injuries, while citizen M. L. continues to be under the care of doctors and does not passing away.
As material evidence, three knives, two iron fists and 5 mobile phones were seized, and the procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of Elbasan General Jurisdiction for further actions.
“Specialists for the investigation of crimes against the person, property of minors and domestic violence of DVP Elbasan, following the investigations carried out under the direction of the Prosecutor’s Office, have made the arrest in flagrante delicto of the citizens Xh. Ç., 15 years old, O. Ç, 14 years old, E. K., 15 years old and S. M., 16 years old.
On 16.05.2023, around 1:30 p.m., these citizens, allegedly in cooperation with each other, after a momentary conflict, in the neighborhood “Sporti 2″, Gramsh, on the street, injured with cutting tools (knives) , minor citizens F. B., 16 years old and M. L., 15 years old. Citizen F. B. lost his life from the injuries received, while citizen M. L. continues to be under the care of doctors, out of danger for life”, stated the police.
