This whole process will be supported by state budget funds in cooperation with EU funds, and every young person who will complete a professional training program, for a period of up to 6 months, will be offered a job and this job will be paid for the first 3 months at 80% of the minimum wage with a reduced salary and for the second 3 months, it will last 6 months, it will be paid at 100% of the minimum wage.

All businesses that will employ a young person aged 15-29 who are part of this program will be paid 20% of the time of the person who will deal with the training of the young people and the young people will also be paid transport, up to the amount of 1600 ALL if they live more than 2 km away from the place of work or the place of professional training.
