Italy, Albanian youth busted with cocaine shipment

21-year-old Albanian man has been arrested by the Italian police after he was caught with a load of cocaine in the port of Vado Ligure, in Savona. According to the Italian media, it is about an amount of 85 kilograms of cocaine divided into 75 packages.

The cocaine shipment was hidden inside a container of bananas coming from Ecuador and was being monitored after being scanned. On his part, the 21-year-old was caught red-handed when he went to take the cocaine from the container.

At the time of his arrest, he was found with equipment to forcefully open the container. He was detained on the charges of international drug trafficking, then transferred to Genova Marassi prison.
