Fifth patient has jumped from Covid hospital, where he was being treated for coronavirus.
The patient jumped from the second floor of the Infectious Diseases Hospital in Tirana, which serves as Covid 1 hospital.
This is the fourth case of patients jumping from Covid hospitals -the first three cases occurred at the “Shefqet Ndroqi” hospital, which serves as Covid 2 hospital.
“On 10.11.2020, around 12:30, it is suspected that R.B., 69 years old, who is in the hospital, under the care of doctors, jumped from the hospital.
The investigation team and the police services are at the scene and continue to work to clarify the circumstances of the incident,” has announced the police.
In its official statement, QSUT emphasizes that maximum efforts to save the patient, while adding that noone will not be left without medical treatment in these difficult days. /abcnews.al
