Today marks 22 years since the assassination of the leader of the Student Movement, Azem Hajdari.
It was his daughter, MP Rudina Hajdari, who remembered her father through a Facebook post. She says that despite the fact that Hajdari is not physically, he is always close to her in daily life and in the path she has followed in politics.
The MP says that she misses him a lot and promises that he will walk in his steps for justice and freedom.
We recall that Azem Hajdari was killed in front of the PD headquarters by some police leaders in Tropoja. Well-known Albanian writer Ismail Kadare considered the assassination of Azem Hajdari as the “Murder of the Century”, while his death was described as a great loss for democracy in Albania.
