US Ambassador to Albania Yuri Kim has stated that he supports the opening of negotiations for the countries of the Western Balkans (Albania and Northern Macedonia), before the end of 2021.
She says the US also supports the Open Balkans initiative, stressing that all Western Balkan countries should become part of this initiative.
“Commitment to the Western Balkans remains strong, support to open EU negotiations before the end of 2021. US also supports ‘Open Balkans’ which must be open to the 6 countries of the Western Balkans and other initiatives that promote regional integration,” wrote Kim./abcnews.al
