Vlora Police has arrested the former director of Vlora Cadastre, Klodjan Troci, accused for abuse of office. Troci has worked for a period of almost three months as director of the Property Directorate in the Vlora Region. Two weeks ago Troci resigned from his post being replaced by Bardhyl Gjika, who is currently in prison as involved in a fraud scene along with one of the cadastre specialists.
The director of land administration Bardhyl Gjika and Spiro Dunin were left in prison. As for the specialist Kreshnik Mino, the court has imposed the measure “obligation to appear”.
Gjika, Mino and 51-year-old Spiro Duni were arrested because they are charged with falsifying documents in the property files of the tourist village of Dhërmi. After the falsifications and fear of justice, these people are accused of then staging a robbery in the offices of “Tokave” of Dhërmi in the offices of the Regional Council of Vlora./abcnews.al
