“We will never forget your support.” This is what the mayor of Kiev said in a message broadcast at the manifestation that is being held in Tirana to show solidarity with the war. Vitali Klitschko stressed that he greatly appreciated this support from Albanian citizens.

Dear friend and colleague, Erion!
First of all, I want to thank you for sheltering refugees from Ukraine, especially our children. We greatly appreciate your political and international support. Your help is very important to us in these critical moments. We appreciate it very much and we will never forget who Ukraine’s true friends are! Our main priority is to stop this senseless war in Ukraine, to stop the killing of citizens.
“We greatly appreciate your help and many greetings from Kiev!” Said Klitschko.
Albanian citizens together with the Ukrainian community in our country have gathered today in a demonstration to show solidarity with the war. The event is organized by the Ukrainian Ambassador to our country Volodymyr Shkurov.
The US Ambassador to our country, Yuri Kim, also took part in the march.
