ABC News has secured the moment of placing the explosive substance at the gate of the residence of judge Tonin Sterkaj in Shkodra. The video shows the author approaching the judge’s apartment, wearing a black sweatshirt, mask and white gloves.
Fortunately, no one was injured in the explosion, while the investigative team is sifting through all the details of this criminal act.
Judge Sterkaj is currently guarded by officers of the Republic Guard.
