The Venice Commission will submit to the Albanian authorities the final opinion on the appointments to the Constitutional Court on June 18-19.
Also on this date, the Commission will submit its opinion on the Anti-Defamation Package.
We recall that the Venice Commission decided to postpone for two months the draft opinions on two requests received from Albania, that of the Anti-Defamation law and the appointments to the Constitutional Court.
This decision was made due to the coronavirus. Venice give a preliminary draft for the appointments in the Constitutional Court on March 6./abcnews.al
