Veliaj: “Sarajet” will serve as a museum for history

The Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, has distributed the decision of the Albanian government, emphasizing that as of today, the building of Sarajevo i Toptanëve is the property of the Municipality of Tirana.

He says that this building will serve as a museum that will evoke tradition as well as diplomatic history.

“By decision of the Albanian government, from today, the building of Sarajevo is the property of the Municipality of Tirana as a museum of the city that will evoke tradition, as well as diplomatic history”, writes Veliaj.

Last night, the municipal police surrounded the Sarajevo building. The owners, for their part, demand that the price for expropriation be negotiated based on the real value that Sarajet has, or even leased./abcnews.al
