Today, on the International Day of First Aid Workers, the US Embassy in Albania has appealed for vaccination against COVID.
Through a post on its official profile, the embassy emphasizes that on this day the heroes who risk their lives should be honored to keep us safe in the midst of the COVID pandemic.
“On National First Responders’ Day, we would like to honor the heroes who risk their lives to keep us safe, who have bravely worked around the clock through the crisis of the century – the COVID-19 pandemic. To honor their sacrifice, we can do our own part to protect our first responders and our communities by getting vaccinated for COVID19.”
