Two drug dealers were caught in Fier as part of the “Tempulli” mega-operation, as announced this Wednesday. Accordig to the police, a 15-year-old man, who was prosecuted several times before, was released due to his age, for the same criminal activity, as well as the 18-year-old/
They were caught red-handed with several doses of cannabis, during the attempt to sell them, near a gymnasium in the city of Fier.
During the search of their homes, the Police found and seized 3 bags of narcotic cannabis sativa (in the shape of a bottle) weighing 830 grams. They had prepared and distributed the narcotic substance, in doses, with the aim of selling it near schools.
Cannabis bags and doses were seized as material evidence.
Meanwhile, the procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of Fier General Jurisdiction for further actions.
Law enforcement said that the verifications showed that the 15-year-old was previously used to carry out this criminal activity, by the citizen E. M., 26 years old, a resident of Fier, arrested on 19.08.2023, for the criminal offenses “Production and sale of narcotics” and “Removing the prisoner from the place of stay”.
