Police of Fier have finalized this Thursday the coded operation “Unique”, where quantities of narcotics heroin, cocaine and cannabis were seized. During this operation, the citizens, Klejdi Çela and Zhanri Hajdari, were arrested, while the citizens, Marsel Korreshi, previously convicted for the same criminal offense, and Selim Koçi were declared wanted.
According to the police, the hit criminal group had adapted a bar for the sale and use of hard drugs and cannabis.
In the meantime, the procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance Lushnjë, for the criminal offenses “Production and sale of narcotics”, “Adaptation of premises for drug use” and “Encouraging drug use”.
“Narcotics Investigation Specialists and the operational services of DVP Fier, after a months-long proactive investigation, carried out in cooperation with the Lushnja Prosecutor’s Office, with the support of information intelligence, for a criminal group that sold hard drugs and cannabis in an adapted bar for this criminal activity, they organized and finalized the coded police operation “Unique”, as a result of which the following citizens were arrested in the act:
– Mr. H. (Gj.) (previously convicted for the same criminal activity), 33 years old and K. Ç., 27 years old, both residents of Lushnja.
Also, as part of this operation, citizens M.K., 33 years old (previously convicted for the same criminal activity) and S.K., 29 years old, both residents of Lushnja, were declared wanted.
From the evidence provided as a result of the proactive investigation, it turned out that these 4 citizens practiced as a group, the criminal activity of selling hard drugs and cannabis, in a (local) environment in the neighborhood “Kadri Qystri”, Lushnjë, which was administered from the arrested citizen K. Ç.
During the search of this bar, 120 grams of suspected narcotic substance cocaine, 39 grams of suspected narcotic substance heroin, as well as dozens of doses of suspected narcotic substance cannabis were found, which were seized together with 9 mobile phones, 1 vehicle and a a lot of money suspected of profiting from the sale of narcotics. Also, the bar where this criminal activity was carried out, was blocked by the Police services.
In addition, for this case, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office and the proceedings started in a free state for the citizen K. A., 38 years old, resident of Lushnjë, after he was caught in the bar, buying narcotics.
The work continues for the capture of the citizens declared wanted, as well as for the complete legal documentation of this criminal activity”, said the law enforcement.
