A preliminary hearing session is being held today, led by Democratic Party leader Lulzim Basha and two officials, Arben Ristani and Ilir Dervishi.
Basha, Ristani and Dervishi have been indicted on charges of forgery of formulation.
The hearing session is expected to take place today at 4 pm.
