A 37-year-old man has been arrested by Tirana police this Wednesday, as he is accused of breaking the security measure of house arrest for the criminal offense of “possessing and selling narcotics”.
His arrest was made as part of the coded police operation “Recidivist”, on “Foto Xhavella” street, and during the physical check, a quantity of cocaine was found.
After the verifications, it turned out that the 37-year-old had broken the “House Arrest” security measure.
Following the actions, during the search of this citizen’s apartment, a comb pistol firearm with combat ammunition was found, which was seized as material evidence, along with the narcotic substance cocaine and an electronic scale.
Afterwards, the materials were passed to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana for further procedural actions.
