A 40-year-old man has been arrested this Monday by Tirana Police on the charges of dealing narcotics and carrying weapons without a permit.
According to the police, within the coded operation “Brryli”, it was possible to arrest the 40-year-old man, whose hard drugs, firearms, cold weapons and illegal items were found in his car and in his apartment.
His arrest was made on “Bajram Curri” boulevard, after the police stopped the vehicle for inspection, in which they found and seized amounts of suspected narcotics cocaine and heroin, 1 knife and 1 pair of binoculars.
During the control in this citizen’s apartment, the Police services found and seized 1 pneumatic rifle, 1 pistol firearm, 1 pistol-like mechanism handle for shooting, 1 optical target, 1 knife and combat ammunition.
Afterwards, the procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana for further actions.
