Police of Montenegro have identified three suspects, who attacked and raped three Albanian citizens on the main street of the city of Zelenika.
According to the information so far, Police Department confirmed that cause of the incident was a traffic dispute, but without giving any other additional details.
“Today in the afternoon, it was reported by phone to the guardian service of the Herceg Novi Security Department that there was a violation of public order and peace by some unknown persons on the main street in the city of Zelenika.
Following the event, the police and officers were sent to the scene where they found three people, all Albanian citizens, who had visible injuries, who then went to seek medical help.
Law enforcement has taken actions within its jurisdiction to determine all the circumstances in which people were injured, and to shed light on the event,” said the announcement.
According to the media, three people from Herceg Novi are suspected of being perpetrators of the physical attack.
Albanians who fell prey to violence are Klodian Meaj, Azem Dervishi and Doris Kopaci.
They were driving a vehicle with German license plates and were suddenly attacked and raped by some aggressors./abcnews.al
