Albanian migrants have started to return to their homeland for the end-of-year holidays.
Despite the situation caused by Covid-19, in the last 24 hours, thus, only from “Kapshtica” border crossing point with Greece, 1024 citizens and 271 vehicles have entered albanian country. Meanwhile, 1849 citizens have entered through “Qafe Thane” border crossing point with North Macedonia, while 1821 others left.
It is expected that in the coming days this number will increase even more. Due to the measures taken by certain countries as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, the number of immigrants is not expected to be higher than those who came to our country last year./abcnews.al
