The Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime, with a monocratic panel composed of judge Iliriana Olldashi, today on 03.05.2024, announced the decision on criminal case no. 96 act, date 25.04.2024 registration, registered on the appeal of the persons under investigation/complainants Sali Berisha and Jamarbër Malltezi with object: “Appeal against decision no. Act 200, dated 08.04.2024 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime (disposed on the request with the object of replacing the measure of personal insurance)”, and decided: Approval of decision no. Act 200, dated 08.04.2024 of the First Instance Special Court for Corruption and Organized Crime.
