The High Judicial Council has stated for Abc News that before the end of the Natural Disaster,the court hearings will not resume due to the security of the citizens.
In response to journalist Glidona Daci, the High Judicial Council states that in order to maintain a balance between security and access to justice, has been set up a special commission to work intensively on drafting, proposing and overseeing the implementation of a plan of action for the exercise of judicial activity and services during Covid-19.
The state of the Natural Disaster has been set until June 23, while it is not known whether the government will approve the postponement of this date, although the epidemic situation in Albania has been positive in recent days./abcnews.al
